My Bike Ride on a Mountain Path

posted on 31 December 2011

Motor biking is my passion. I started it when I was just eleven years old - one of the youngest riders in my area, fully kitted out in motocross gear. I started discovering different places where I could drive my bike. I have driven on trodden paths along the forests and village sides. The best place for driving is any mountainous path which climbs to the top of the mountain. While driving on such a path you are really concious about your driving and the moment you see down the path you are almost frightened of height and also have a feeling of adventure and victory proliferating inside you. Such kind of ride also exhausts you physically but it has its own taste. As you continue to move ahead you get higher and higher on the mountain. The mountain along which I drove bike is in Abottabad, Pakistan and it was too high that when I reached the top of the mountain I could see the clouds beneath or at same level as mine. All the way along the path I could see the plain grounds beneath as the path was twisted along the mountain in form of rings. Those were amazing moments I could ever enjoy in my life. I would like to suggest to go for a ride on such a place. Even bike riding on a trodden path in a forest has great fun and adventure in it. You would definitely love riding in such places if you like bike driving.

Van Hire Was a Life Saver for My Move

posted on 6 December 2011

Looking up van hire leicester online, I was relieved to see so many options to help with my house move. Just knowing I have the vehicle over a couple of days has reassured me since I know the move will take 3 or 4 trips - I have so much stuff to move, and yet I can't afford a removal firm - I have to do it all myself. I'm planning well in advance of the move. I've already packed a lot of things, sold others, and trashed the rest! I really don't like the hassle of moving but I like to tackle it in bite sized chunks so the whole job ends up being a lot easier. Better to eat a cow by making hamburgers, than eat it whole as they say! I will set aside next weekend to get all the move done over a Saturday and Sunday.

A More Economical and Healthy Way to Drive Your Car

posted on 30 November 2011

I love my vauxhall corsa, but I also keep in mind fuel economy. Cars are an important part of the everyday life, but owning and driving a car takes a lot of money out of your pockets. Not only for keeping the vehicle in prime condition, but also for buying gas, and paying for parking tickets. To save money for fuel, be more economical, but also to keep yourself in a good shape and help save the environment, you should consider alternative means of transportation, l myself use a bike or walk, when I need to cover a shorter distance. You might be even surprised to get to your destination faster this way, when there is a lot of traffic in the streets. But there are times when time and distance require you to drive, and also you shouldn’t keep your car in the garage for too long cause it starts getting rusty and dysfunctional. On these occasions I recommend owning a diesel engine car, because they are more economical, the diesel fuel unlike the petrol is less expensive and more durable, so it is far economical. I’ve also heard that the car spends less gas when you’re driving with higher speeds, this means that you spent less fuel on the freeway than in the city streets, so try to use your on longer distances when riding on the freeway, and restrain yourself from using it on shorter relations where you can go by bike or by foot. It is also cheaper if you have an acquaintance that is regularly going to the same destination as you do, so you can drive together and split the bill for the gas. If you are able to use only one car for the needs of your family this would reduce the cost substantially and would help you save some money.

Taxi drivers should consider their customers while fixing prices

posted on 31 August 2011

Taxi services are very much common, they are spread all over the world and have proved to be of great help to the many people who neither have their own personal cars nor do they use public means. The prices of fuel have lately been hitting very high knots, making it almost impossible for these taxi drivers to charge their services fairly. The car tax amounts 2010 have been released and customers are already complaining of the high fuel services. If only the government could come in and solve this issue then everything will be back in order. The rise in fuel prices is basically one of the reasons as to why the taxi prices have gone so high, but the government should ensure that customers are not mishandled by these taxi drivers while they are using this kind of excuse for their own benefit. The amounts can be high yes, but they have to cater for all the classes of individuals who use them, otherwise soon everybody will prefer public means because it is less expensive.

Reasons why parents are adamant when it comes to motor bikes

posted on 21 August 2011

We see very many kids riding motorcycles on a daily basis and I know that many parents do not like this at all. They know the dangers of riding a motor bike and that is why many parents refuse their kids to own one. There are those who let their kids ride the bikes on special conditions. The one thing is that they have to know where their kids are all the time. They have to pass the test for riding bikes. They also require them to wear helmets before they ride the bikes, they also require them to wear knee pads. They would never let their kids out on their bikes without any protective gear. Those people who love bikes love fast speed, and not many of them are careful. It is easy for a car to hit a motor bike because they are not conspicuous. That is why even at night, anyone riding a bike should make sure that they wear night gear that will make them visible so that they could avoid accidents.

Clever Use of Personalised Vehicle Registrations

posted on 30 June 2011

A London plumbing company is just about as famous for their magnificent collection of personalised van registration plates as they are for their 24-hour round he clock service. This company is now the largest independent plumbing business in London and has been in operation for more than 30 years. Pimlico Plumbers founder Charlie Mullins started to collect personalised registrations when he bought the private number plate that bears the registration mark DRA 1N. At the time he thought it would be the only personalised car registration plate that he would buy, but when he realised the interest that the plate created for his company, he then decided to buy more plumbing related personalised number plates. This is not an uncommon story with many business owners now appreciating that displaying attention grabbing personalised registrations on their company cars and van is a great way to raise the profile of their business. Marketing and advertising costs can run into thousands of pounds, but a small amount of money invested in the right private number plate could really pay dividends.

GPS Tracking Service for Your Mobile Phone!

posted on 20 May 2011

It used to be just the stuff of old spy movies…handheld devices that can track anyone, anywhere and at any given time of the day. With the advances in modern technology, this “handheld device” is now a reality. Now, this device is not exactly some top secret, complicated piece of technology as we imagined it to be, some decades ago. Why, nowadays, it is none other than your very own mobile phone! Besides being able to send emails and text messages, make calls, take pictures and play music, mobile phones are now also capable of tracking a person or an object’s whereabouts! With A GPS tracking service now available for use on most mobile phones, keeping track of our lives is made even more convenient. With GPS enabled mobile phones, people will now be able to track down their friends, keep watch over their children, get directions to a certain place and even keep watch on their businesses with a simple handheld device.

Littering and the Ignorance of the People

posted on 26 April 2011

Untidy streets have become a common thing and people ignore them because they spend most of their time in their homes, not caring about the outside. There are two kinds of people in this issue. People that litter the streets and do not care about or do not realise the danger that they are exposing themselves to. And then there are people that are perfect examples of ignorance. There aren't many people that litter the streets but there's enough of them to make the streets look miserably. There aren't little ignorant people either, but if they would care about the look of their neighbourhood and overall country and would at least try to clean the streets, they would be way cleaner. Untidy streets are something that is encountered everywhere. In every country there are public services hired by the government to maintain the cleanliness of the streets and there are even private road sweeper hire companies too. In most countries these public services can not hold up on their own because they clean at night and during the day, more litter gathers.

Traffic Jams of Unknown Origin and Why I Hate Them

posted on 25 March 2011

I would say one of the most infuriating things about driving is pulling off of your suburban streets, and turning onto the highway for which should be a speedy transit to your destination only to find the highway clogged with barely moving cars a few miles in. That frustration, however, is compounded when at the end of your traffic nightmare, at a set point, traffic spontaneously begins to move and has widely spaced vehicles moving at full speed in front of you with no apparent cause for the traffic. Stuck in my van, all the comforts of the van shelves, seating and lighting I've installed suddenly feel less comfortable. I begin to wonder how and/or why was this mess backed up for 30 miles for this and now all of a sudden it clears revealing nothing. Why have I been trapped in my car for hours on end, barely moving two or 3 feet at a time for what only seems like cars reaching a set line and then accelerating. I can understand lane closures, accidents, police activity, or just general rubbernecking but for no cause at all I can't wrap my mind around the idea and that only causes me to be even more frustrated over the event. This simple nonexistent cause for all this traffic can easily set my two-hour drive back for more hours and due to this fact, and the emotional and physical stressors, is why I hate traffic jams of unknown origin.

Acting: My Dream Career, If Only I Could

posted on 8 March 2011

I have been imagining myself as an actor right from my school days. I could not say what is actually dragging me towards this profession. I have invested lot of time and hard work for improving my career, but the result is not that fascinating. I am still struggling to show my face in feature films. I have spent more than ten years as an actor in stage plays. To cover my expenses, I've done all kinds of work - from selling aluminium van racking to website development! I have acted in so many stage plays in different roles. And people praise my kind of good acting capabilities also. But my main aim is to become a cinema actor. I have attended many auditions and photo shoots. But there is no use, so far. The producers and the directors I meet send me away just with promises. But the chance of acting in movie has not yet come on my way. All those people who advised me to change my mind when I started my career have started laughing at me. But I have not lost hope. Instead whenever I come across such people, my conviction to become a famous actor is getting stronger. There are very few friends who are actually helping me. I am trying hard with the hope that one day surely I would flourish well in my dream career.

Top Chicago Moving Services

posted on 7 February 2011

Last April a German family was pondering moving out of a very large home to Chicago, Illinois. Some acquaintances said it would be best if they do a portion of the move, while some acquaintances advised they consult and pay for top international moving companies. If they did the bulk of the packing and loading themselves, it could possibly be very exhausting. All of the loading and unloading, in addition to all of the backbreaking heavy lifting could be tough. What if there new home had tricky access, for example a steep mountain road? The majority of their furniture was quite bulky and cumbersome. They also had a lot of furniture that was delicate and antique. They weren't certain if they had the expertise to do the work correctly themselves. If they scheduled a reliable Chicago, Illinois relocation service it would be a lot easier. Their friend's boss Jasmine proposed they go online to discover qualified movers Illinois to give them moving estimates. They discovered Movers-Moving.NET and they were glad they did. They received estimates from 7 various local movers, and then they made a decision based upon their research. Finally they contracted a dependable Chicago moving service Illinois who moved them into their new home.
