My Town is a Wonderful Place to Live

I live in a pretty quiet neighborhood. It is a small town with small town values.
In fact, the constructors of our housing estate actually gained some Overage from our council after they completed a new park nearby too - which rasied the value of all the properties.
Everyone seems to know everyone, and in times of crisis we all pull together to help one another out. The year we had a big flood, everyone was there to help each other out. My neighborhood is a good place to raise children. There is really no crime in this town, and there is a lot to do. It’s the kind of neighborhood where you can go for a run, or walk your dog without worries. The neighbors are very kind, and always have time to stop and talk. While out cutting grass, or working in the yard, there is always someone that will be around to chat about local events, weather, or anything else of interest. The yards are very well-kept and people take pride in their accomplishments. In my neighborhood, people have respect for other people’s property and privacy. Overall, this is a great town and I’m proud to live here.
