People prefer having their documents in the pdf file format because they know that it is one of the most secure ways to have your documents. This is because they are very hard to be easily read by people who are not authorized to read them. Many see this part to be detrimental. They see this as a pdf file problem because they need ease when they want to access it. It is very simple to operate these files because the programs that are designed to read them are free of charge. All you have to do is to look for the software and upload them to your system and then reading them is not going to be a problem anymore. Another thing I like about pdf is the fact that is very hard for people to change the contents of it. There are some people who can do that and end up messing with your work and that is something that many people do not like. The security of your documents is really important. If you just leave them at a state of no security then chances of people making it look bad by subtracting and adding on things that are irrelevant are very high.
