When having an isp problem contact a technician

Many wonder how come i rarely get into a situation where i am stuck with my computer hence not being able to work on it. What they may not know is that i at all times have good contact with a number of verified technicians who i contact when a problem comes up and since they are reliable i get to have my computer issues solved in a very short time. All the things that i can not figure out what to do with them i do not waste any time at all so what i do is i call the people whose training allows them to work out any problem that i have. At times they tell me that these problems are caused by computer user idiocy. At one time i was very annoyed when they said this but now i have gotten to a point where i understand that a small mistake can make your computer fail which i am sure i have done in a number of times. Talking of technicians, when you are having an isp problem, the way to go is contact a technician who is competent in his work and within a short time you will get help. Isn't this what you want?
